No, carryovers are not permitted.
how long am i committed to being a member?
You may cancel your membership at any time after three months (three payments.)
how do i pay for the membership?
Credit card only, and your card will be charged on the first of every month.
can a family or friend use my membership?
No, the membership is reserved for the individual who signs up.
What is the monthly self-care surprise?
With the membership, you are eligible to receive a monthly self-care surprise like a discount on other spa services, a complimentary add-on to your massage or facial, or a discount on hair salon services. You can only receive the self-care surprise each month.
Can i stack the retail or any surprise discount?
Neither discounts can be combined with any other discount.
how do i cancel my membership?
Members have an initial, minimum term of 3 months. If you do not cancel your membership, your membership will continue to automatically renew each month for one month of membership at a time. If you choose to cancel your membership after 3 months, you may contact our front Desk team to assist you.
